1. Why see a therapist?

Choosing to see a counselor or therapist is often an anxiety provoking exercise. However it can also be very empowering. Counselors are trained to understand and empower others to solve their own problems. It is thing kind of empowerment that allows the client to go on with confidence long after the therapy relationship ends.

Therapists have the advantage of being the participant in the resolution of your kind of problem often thousands of times of the course of many years, therefore they can offer a unique perspective on how to avoid pitfall and how to choose a direction that will ultimately create better marriages, relationships, women, men, children and teens.

Our practice is a family own practice by professional who train others seeking to become therapist themselves. We also have almost 25 combined years of experience in addressing mental health problems. We want to be a part in your growth. Take the plunge and request an appointment today.

2. What happens during my first appointment?

Your first appointment is a comprehensive assessment that typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes. Your therapist will ask detailed questions about your current concerns and relevant history to understand your needs and determine the best approach to your care. The therapist will then advise you on the recommended frequency of sessions (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

Our current clients appreciate this approach because it prioritizes their time and care.
